Polished Mane offers natural ends rather than blunt cut ends because natural ends come with about two inches of extra length on the bottom. The natural end hair allows for the stylist to cut into the hair to blend without losing the clients desired length.

Our hair is Virgin Remy hair- we will never use hair that is sourced forcibly or by dowry

All of our luxury hair extensions are silicone free!

Polished Mane ethically sources healthy, untreated hair from western regions of Europe and China. The hair comed from adults who voluntarily donate it at their own will. We only use hair from physically and mentally healthy people.

Virgin Remy hair is hair that is taken from one singular donor that has the cuticle running the same direction. Regular Remy hair is taken from multiple donors and batched together by technicians and it cannot be guaranteed to have the cuticle running in the same direction.

We use Virgin Remy hair because it allows us to guarantee the ethical sourcing of our hair!

We don't suggest adding any lightener to the extensions because they are colored with textile dyes that do not lighten properly. Instead, choose from one of our lighter shades that we offer in both our hand-tied and genius wefts!

Depending on the method of shipping you choose at checkout, your hair can arrive anywhere between 1-5 business days.

Exchanges and Returns are only accepted if the product is still sealed in its original packaging and binding, and has not been altered or tampered with in any way. Proof of purchase is required. Visit our shipping and returns page for more information!
